Universal Audio offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all hardware and software purchases to ensure you have the perfect tools for your studio. If you are not completely satisfied with your gear, we facilitate a streamlined return process for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log into your UA account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your hardware or software license.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack the hardware in its original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure the item remains in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our service center, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
